How do I connect my Facebook Page?

Go to Social Pages in the app and click "Connect Facebook". You'll be redirected to Facebook to authorise ViralFlow, then select which Page to connect.

How do I connect my LinkedIn Company Page?

LinkedIn publishing is pending rollout. Once it opens for your account, go to Social Pages and click "Connect LinkedIn". You'll need to be an administrator of the Company Page.

How many credits do I get?

Free plan: 5 welcome credits plus 3 daily claimable credits during the first 7 setup days. Pro plan: 100 monthly credits. Context Builder, input suggestions, external media suggestions, and image renders are available on Free.

Can I edit a generated post?

Yes. Generated posts are saved as drafts. Edit the caption and hashtags before scheduling.

What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?

ViralFlow retries temporary issues automatically. Permission issues show clearly in your calendar with a reconnect prompt.
