1. Acceptance

By using ViralFlow you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

You may use ViralFlow to generate and schedule social media content for your own business or clients. You are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with the terms of service of each social platform.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use ViralFlow to publish spam, illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates third-party rights.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated content is provided as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. ViralFlow does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content.

5. Social platform compliance

Your connected social accounts must comply with each platform's developer policies. ViralFlow uses official APIs only. You must not use ViralFlow to violate platform automation policies.

6. Billing

Plans are billed monthly via PayFast. We do not store card details. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability

ViralFlow is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from service interruptions, failed posts, or third-party API changes.
