- Who can participate in the referral program?
- Anyone with a ViralFlow account can participate. You don't need to be on a Pro plan. Create a free account, go to the Affiliate section, and your referral code is ready to share.
- When do I receive my commission?
- Commission credits are added to your account when a referred user makes a successful Pro payment or credit purchase. The 10% Pro commission accrues every billing cycle for as long as they remain on Pro.
- Is the 10% commission really for life?
- Yes. There's no expiry on Pro referral commissions. As long as the business you referred remains a paying Pro subscriber, you continue to earn 10% of their monthly payment indefinitely.
- What if someone already has a ViralFlow account?
- Referral codes can only be attached to new accounts within a limited time after sign-up. If someone already has an account, the referral code cannot be applied retroactively.
- How long does a withdrawal take?
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and processed within 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive confirmation once your request has been processed.
- Is there a cap on how many referrals I can make?
- No. There's no limit on the number of referrals you can make or the amount of commission you can earn. The more businesses you refer, the more you earn.
