- What counts as a credit?
- One credit covers one creative action, such as a post draft, smart suggestion, external media suggestion, or image render. Scheduling posts, managing your calendar, editing content, and publishing do not spend credits.
- How does the Pro waitlist work?
- Create a free account, set up your business context, and you'll automatically join the Pro waitlist. You'll receive an invite when Pro is available for your account, then you can subscribe monthly.
- Can I cancel Pro at any time?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No penalty, no retention tactics.
- Which social platforms does ViralFlow connect to?
- Facebook Page publishing is live. LinkedIn Company Page publishing is pending rollout. Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter) are on the roadmap.
- Is my social media account data secure?
- Yes. Your platform access is protected and never shown in plain text. We use approved platform connection flows with no third-party scraping or unofficial automation.
- Do I need to approve every post before it goes live?
